The real estate market in South Atlanta is volatile, especially lately, and it takes an experienced professional to move your house quickly, professionally, and profitably. As you navigate my web site you will notice that I don't try to be all things to all people.  I sell real estate in what is known as the southern crescent of Atlanta.  Basically that is the area south of I-20 running across Atlanta.  I don't travel all over this vast city trying to do business in areas I don't know.  I strive to be an expert in these areas.  Operating at peak efficiency in areas central to me provides plenty of opportunities to excell.

Our marketing plan includes multiple web site postings, on sites such as those below, plus the Georgia MLS, Realtor.com, and my personal web site.  It is reported that 85% of buyers use the web as part of their home search, and 61% of agents report having no web site marketing plan.  When choosing an agent it is imperative that you use someone who can and will utilize all available avenues to sell your house.  Our marketing plan also employs the use of point of sale information material, local area mailings and broadcast emails to hundreds of other agents.
