When it’s time to sell, you must be confident that the person you hire to represent your interests is competitent, professional, avaliable, and will respond to your real estate needs in a timely fashion. I work hard to ensure every element of marketing your home and negotiating the sale is accomplished with your beneficial interests at the forefront.
A sucessful sale is assured when we work as a team. From our first meeting I will discuss with you what it will take to get your home sold in a time frame acceptable to you. With previous experience as a home builder in Georgia, and marketing experience with real estate, I have a unique ability to identify potential problem areas before we put your home on the market. Based on a teamwork concept, we will each have things to do that when properly accomplished will ensure a sucessful sale. With proper marketing and home preperation flawlessly executed, I have never marketed a home that I couldn't sell.
The real estate market in South Atlanta is volatile, especially lately, and it takes an experienced professional to move your house quickly, professionally, and profitably. As you navigate my web site you will notice that I don't try to be all things to all people. I sell real estate in what is known as the southern crescent of Atlanta. Basically that is the area south of I-20 running across Atlanta. I don't travel all over this vast city trying to do business in areas I don't know. I strive to be an expert in these areas. Operating at peak efficiency in areas central to me provides plenty of opportunities to excell.
Our marketing plan includes multiple web site postings, on sites such as those below, plus the Georgia MLS, Realtor.com, and my personal web site. It is reported that 85% of buyers use the web as part of their home search, and 61% of agents report having no web site marketing plan. When choosing an agent it is imperative that you use someone who can and will utilize all available avenues to sell your house. Our marketing plan also employs the use of point of sale information material, local area mailings and broadcast emails to hundreds of other agents.
